1. Who we are

This store is operated by The Quant Lab ("we", "us"). Contact: thequantlaborders@gmail.com. By buying from or using this store you agree to these terms.

2. What you are buying

The Breach-Proof Bot Blueprint is a digital, educational product: guides, checklists, spreadsheets and source code that show you how to build, test and run your own trading bot for MetaTrader 5. Nothing physical is shipped. Your download is delivered by email and on the order confirmation page straight after payment.

3. Not financial advice

We are not a financial services provider, and nothing we sell or publish is financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any financial product. All content is for education only. Any decision to trade, and how, is yours alone. If you need advice, speak to a licensed financial advisor.

4. Trading risk and no guarantee of results

Trading leveraged products such as CFDs and forex carries a high risk of losing money quickly. You can lose all the money you deposit or pay for a prop-firm challenge. Backtested and simulated results are hypothetical, have limitations, and do not guarantee future results. We do not promise that the code, strategies or methods in the product will make money, pass any prop-firm challenge, or avoid losses. Prop-firm rules change often; always confirm the current rules with the firm before you trade.

5. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for testing any bot on a demo account before using real money, for your trading account and broker settings, for your computer and internet connection, and for any software you run. You must be at least 18 years old to buy.

6. Licence to use the product

When you buy, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own trading and learning, and to change the code for your own use. You may not resell, share, publish, give away or upload the materials or code (changed or unchanged), or use them to build a product or service for others. All content remains the property of The Quant Lab.

7. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in South African rand (ZAR) and include any applicable taxes. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider at checkout. We may change prices at any time; the price you pay is the price shown at checkout.

8. Refunds

Because this is a digital product that is delivered instantly, all sales are final. If your download is broken, missing, or does not match its description, email us and we will send a working copy or refund you. Our Refund Policy explains this in full. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act or the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, to the extent they apply.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, The Quant Lab is not liable for any trading losses, lost profits, failed prop-firm challenges, broker or platform problems, or any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the product. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you buy applies to your purchase.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
